That just means rich kids are stupid. And their parents are stupid.
But no one can deny their awesome luck! A windfall from the hard work or depredations of their ancestors.

On the contrary. The traditional Chinese Pinoy learns about money and work from their homes. We all have heard about stories where Henry Sy or some taipan or other requires that their children work in their stores etc. It's their children's children that are screwed since their parents, instead of teaching them about real life, seek to shield them from it. In an interview, Johnny Litton (chinese name Li ton jua, or something) said his father insisted he work in their textile mills as a laborer and insisted he go to work using public transportation. But he admitted that when it came to his own children, he didnt do that.
